How's water temperatures?  I assume its still too cold to in the water with only sneakers...

Joel, you might not need rubber gloves but I wouldn't show up without rubber boots, especially if it's a cloudy or windy day.

At the Mokelumne on Saturday, I was too hot with my waders, so I think I am going to use my old river shoes.      Greg

Hello all

The wife and I are looking forward to meeting some of you this saturday.As new members,this will be our first outing with E.B.P.

Will that be a good time to sign up for membership cards?or is that something that is done at your meetings?   Dave

Steve, I saw the weather forecast for Auburn, it will be 73 there supposedly.  I'm going to brave it and just go in my "old river shoes" too  :)

Guys, it might be 70 degrees air temperature for Saturday, but the water is still coming from Snow melt and will be cold.

Dave, I will have membership cards available, but please go to the website and sign up as a member please.

One year I couldn't keep my hand in the water long enough to pan, it was so cold....  That was in April....  Trying to travel/pack light; but rubber boots looks like its the way to go.

Yeah most people out there just throw the big rocks and rocks from there classifiers off to the side,outside the hole.High waters usually fills them in for us ,but its been 11/2 years since the last high water flow.The holes are adding up and it looks bad.
