About Me

I retired to the gold country to pursue the elusive cure for gold fever ..(i.e. more gold)

I dredge, sluice and pan generally trying to prospect at least once a week. Check out my video "Mother Lode Gold" to learn more...

Hi Rick, it was nice to see you in person last Friday at 155. Erich and I actually found zero gold, can you imagine that? On another note, I've lost faith in California Sluice Box and Dale, I still haven't received the Jr High Banker and parts, oh well.

Hi Rick, it was good to see you at 155 :) Erich and I found almost zip lol, just some bad luck and we spent more time putting things together, like my experimental hot shower. I'm going to wait on the California Sluice Box GMS Highbanker after all. Our trip to 155 revealed a brake problem on the Land Rover and I'm going to work on all four of them and check the suspension too.

A beautiful day. When you can split up gold 10 ways with a pocket knife you had a pretty good day.
