Eastbay Gold Prospecting & Treasure Hunting Club

Caught the Gold Bug this year (2011) with a fever but have done a tiny little bit of prospecting in the past. Have been up in the MotherLode mountains every weekend since early March exploring, and have fallen in love with the wilderness.

Bought my first little bit of equipment in late March (pans, classifiers, Keene A52 Sluice, etc..) and have poked around a little along the Auburn Rec Area from the Confluence to Ponderosa, Yankee Jim's and Iowa Hill areas of the North Fork American.

Joining the GPAA and ran across this club in my search for gold wisdom.
